Why certification matters to buyers
A certified claim survives retailer review, customs documentation and end-customer scrutiny. Where we state a certification, it is earned; where performance is stated, it is tested. Claims that cannot be verified do not go on the page.
What certification does not cover
Shower-filter certification covers chlorine reduction and material safety — it does not certify water softening or removal of lead or PFAS. We publish these boundaries so buyers can compare honestly.
