Coverage
ZOOSHEN shower filters and showerheads carry a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Cartridges are consumable and are covered only if faulty on arrival.
What is covered
- Housing cracks or leaks that arise from normal use within the warranty period.
- Thread or fitting defects that prevent correct installation.
- Cartridges that are dead on arrival (no flow, or leaking from a sealed unit).
What is not covered
- Normal filter media exhaustion — replace cartridges on schedule.
- Damage from misuse, freezing, water hammer, or unauthorized modification.
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect function.
- Consumables once they have been used in-line.
How to register
Registration is not required to make a claim, but it speeds things up. Keep your order confirmation email — it is your proof of purchase and the date the 12 months runs from.
How to claim — 3 steps
- Contact us via the contact form with your order number and a short description of the fault.
- Send a photo or short video showing the issue (the leak, the crack, the thread).
- We respond within 2 business days with a resolution — replacement part, replacement unit, or refund at our discretion.
Approved claims normally ship free of charge. You do not need to return the faulty unit unless we ask, and we cover return postage when we do.

Commercial & B2B warranty
Wholesale, private-label and hospitality orders carry commercial terms agreed per contract, including extended coverage options. See the wholesale program or contact our team.
Consumer rights
This limited warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory consumer rights under applicable local law. Where local law grants a longer or stronger remedy, that law prevails.
A warranty claim does not affect your statutory rights. Keep your order confirmation email — it is your proof of purchase and the date your 12 months runs from.
