Zooshen produces shower water filters at a single manufacturing facility in Shenzhen, covering about 12,000 m² with an annual capacity of 2.4 million units. Owning production means we control materials, assembly, testing and packaging under one quality system.

How we test
Products are evaluated against NSF/ANSI 177 performance criteria for shower filtration. Our quality system follows ISO 9001:2015 procedures for incoming materials, in-process inspection and finished-goods checks — and we document the methods so buyers can verify.
Filtration media
Core products use KDF-55, a copper-zinc redox medium used for chlorine reduction in shower applications. Private-label and OEM media options include vitamin C and activated-carbon blends.
OEM & private label
White-label and OEM programmes start at a 100-unit minimum; standard wholesale orders start at 100 units. Certification documentation is licensed to your brand file for labelled SKUs.
